At Gondola Capital, we consider it a great privilege and responsibility to help allocators participate in alternative investment opportunities across the global financial markets.  The Gondola Capital Platform offers a diversified suite of alternative investments across a broad spectrum of private market deal structures including private equity, venture capital, direct investments, and co-investments.  Qualified candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries such as RIAs, Family Offices, and Institutions.  Additional activities include providing technical information on the Gondola Capital Platform, demonstrating a strong knowledge of alternative investments, financial markets and industry related topics. The ideal candidate would also act as a consultant in the areas of portfolio construction and asset allocation.

At Gondola Capital, data is the foundation for all decisions.  As part of our Data Science team, you’ll be on the front lines leveraging advanced analytic tools and processes to surface actionable insights for internal stakeholders and partners.  To further accelerate our business, you’ll be creating and optimizing machine learning algorithms that provide predictions on which leads are most valuable for our sales team to follow up with. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing complex analyses, creating advanced visualizations, applying advanced predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.
