Michael is the founder of Gondola Capital, an alternative investment firm focused on private equity and venture capital with an emphasis on blockchain and decentralized finance. Michael has worked with many of the leading funds in the alternative investment space including RCP Advisors, Adams Street Partners, Morgan Creek Digital Assets, and ParaFi Capital. His clients include RIAs, endowments, foundations, family offices, and consultants in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ. He also obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation (CAIA) in 2011.

Justin is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of building large, successful businesses. His strong technology background, entrepreneurial approach, and immense business IQ are unique ingredients that have propelled his success and the success of the businesses he’s worked with. The foundation for Justin’s technology background is a Computer Science degree from Drexel University. For the past decade, Justin has excelled in the advertising technology space where he grew a company from two employees to over 120 employees in four countries and from zero revenue to over $250M in annual revenue. Leveraging Justin’s experience in advertising and technology brings a unique perspective to the alternative investment space that helps set Gondola apart from its competition.
